27 weeks and counting.

Hi All:
Next week starts the third trimester and boy am I feeling it. Me being pregnant is now apparent to all including myself. I have been under the weather lately with a bad cold and pushing through. Almost recovered but still a few of the symptoms lingering. I weighed in at 156 so 20lbs up from my original weigh in weight. Whew...still right in that normal weight gain.

I have a doctors appt on Thursday to start my bi-monthly check ups but should be pretty quick.

We are moving forward with the SAFARI themed nursery. Did you have a chance to check out the website with the idea we like? I sent it on an earlier blog.. We will add in some grass area, flower fields, butterflies, bees, lady bugs and dragonflies for the girlie feel. I need to get some painters in here to get their estimates so we can get started. Only 13 weeks left if all goes right.

I have buying up a storm all the pink clothes that I just can't pass up. LeeAnn and I hit up the children stores over the weekend and we had to stop ourselves but boy did we get some cute things. Baby Girl C is going to be stylin'!!!

No update on names although we got another front runner that we are considering along with the other 2 we like. We really don't talk about it as we will wait until later in November to truly decide. Although I like the 3 we have today!!! YA!

Chris is in IL this weekend with a show at Scott AFB. If anyone will be in the area, let us know. Have a great show weekend Chris!!! My next trip to see Chris is Hawaii in 2 weeks. Been way too long since I have seen Chris and can't wait to see him although I had to move my date of leaving one day later. Leaving on the 22nd and back on the 27th. I am meeting Chris's parents there and some of the wives and cannot wait to take in the Hawaii sun and relaxation! We will also get to see Alli and Andy Husman (JenHusman's brother and sis in law). YA

Congrat's to Kelly and Damon and Owen on their new baby sister Everly. Everly James Asmis/8lbs 15oz,20 inches. Beautiful. So many people having babies or are pregnant. Love it!!!


I have a one of the few planned Baby Showers this weekend Hosted by Michelle and Lois and Bev. So excited to see those that are coming this weekend and just catch up! Thanks again Michelle, Lois and Bev!!!
