26th week and counting

Good Morning Everyone,

I think this is my last week in the 2nd trimester but I could be wrong..this week counting is tough. I have been reading some really good books that update me week to week and the baby is suppose to be growing quite rapidly at this point...she should weigh around 2lbs this week. Not sure where she is going to grow as I feel pretty full and big already but BRING IT ON! I am feeling her move a bit more in the mornings primarily but still limited movement with me having an anterior placenta. My only pregnant symptoms I seem to be having is getting tired more quickly and leg cramps in the morning when I wake up. OUCH!

Not much going on to really share but we are still reeling from the fact that we are having a girl and I think Chris is still adjusting to it as well. We are working on loving pink and purples vs the blue and red that I have known for the last 21 years with Michael. We think we are going with a CARTOONIE SAFARI design and found this one on the web that we are working with a local mural artist to duplicate. Let us know what you think. http://www.creative-baby-nursery-rooms.com/safari-theme-nursery.html. We will add in some pinks and purples in butterflies and dragonflies and flowers all around and then also plan on maybe a banner with her name or a sign somewhere but that will be left blank until she is born.

We have a few names that we like and we have shared a few of them but we got a few more thrown in the hat in the last few weeks. I think we will table the discussion of names and wait until closer to the due date to actually decide on the #1 and runner up name. WISH US LUCK.

We also have received a few pre-shower gifts in the last week from friends and family and it has been fun adding to the nursery. Thanks to Joe Nash and family, Margy and Hunter, Lindsey Stevens and family and The Clark family! Thanks again!!!

Also...I need to give a shout out to Kelly, Damon and Owen who are expecting a baby girl this week. GOOD LUCK KELLY and keep us posted! So excited for you guys!

Chris just left Portsmouth NH airshow and is in Norwich VT visiting his alma mater today. Good luck Chris and have a great time. He heads out tommorrow to meet up with the Blues in transit as they head to Clevelend OH airshow this weekend. Happy and Safe flight guys!

Another week down and 14 weeks and counting. WOW...14 weeks......am I ready? Yikes.
