34wks + 1 day update (New Ultrasound results)

I have called or emailed a few of you as I pulled in my scheduled ultrasound from Friday to this afternoon as after my doctors appt yesterday and my update to you all, I have been on alert for kicks and odd feelings.
This morning, Baby C did not move much..if at all...and I couldnt get her too move at all...even after sugar and OJ and more. Then I was getting stomach cramps mostly due to all the sugar and acid I imagine so called to get in today for the ultrasound vs Friday.

I went in at 2:30pm and she went through all the check marks and sent the report to the doctor immediately after. She told the baby had moved to HEAD DOWN and was not longer TRANSVERSE which was a great news and good news for a natural birth. She was not sure if she was "in final position" or just "there temporarily" but knowing she is moving and not stuck in the TRANSVERSE position was great news to me.
She said that the baby was measuring small but on track. The average is about 5 1/2 -6lbs at 34 weesk and Baby C was coming in around just over 4. They also said I should be measuring in around 34.cm and I was only 32.cm but again it could be just due to the small baby. She didnt seem concerned.
I told her that I couldnt be 32 as that would have us getting pregnant a weekend when Chris and I were not together so the 34 weeks was more on or it would have to be 29 weeks as I did see him again in Key West the first of April and I dont think I am that behind on the due date.

I did pack the hospital bag of goodies they tell you to pack before I headed out... just in case it was worse case news and I think I freaked out Chris with telling him I packed it. Sorry honey! All is well and no baby today or in the next few weeks from what I heard today.

Next doctors appt is next appt is Nov 4th, Thursday so I will talk more with the doctor then and hopefully Baby C is still head down and gaining some weight. Although you all know me..as the smaller the better as it is easier to push something small through a small hole then something big. LOL!! POWER TO THE SMALL BABIES!! HA!

Ok that is ...quick update as I told a few of you I would update the blog when I got home.

Love you all
Tracey
