30th week...... 70 days and counting....

Hi All:

WOW..30 weeks. I am 100% feeling and looking 30 weeks. Looking forward to delivering and moving forward. Not really enjoying this last trimester of pregnancy as I am tired and gaining more weight than wanted and just feeling ick.

I can't wear my wedding rings anymore which I hate but they were so tight that I barely got them off this morning.
I had my glucose 3 hour test this morning and if that was not fun. They had to poke me 4 times throughout the 3 hours of waiting...starting poke and then the 3 hours after. I will find out the results tomorrow. Wish me luck.

I was in Hawaii last week/weekend for 8 days and it was fun. Aloha!!! Although I will say that being in Hawaii pregnant is for the birds. I missed laying out in my bikini and getting my stomach tan and I had nothing to wear out but jeans and tops. I only have a few more months so dont want to spend more money on clothes I will NEVER WEAR AGAIN after Dec 7th. Chris had a great show weekend and I got to see a lot of wives too. Our friends Michelle and Joey came to hang out ALOHA STYLE and we had a blast. We got to meet Michelle's cousin Christian who hosted us for a dinner one night and then hung out all weekend. Great guy. We also got to see Alli Husman and meet 2 friends of hers too. Good times.

I am back home as Chris flies in tonight around 8pm as well for the week...along with his parents! BIG MIRAMAR/SAN DIEGO show for us this weekend as this is Chris's home town and last show year flying as a Blue. Bittersweet for sure. We are booked Friday, Sat and Sunday for tickets and have a waiting list so those that have tickets...see you there. If you are going and don't have tickets from us, give me a call when you get there so we can meet up if nothing more!! I will be exhausted by Sunday I am sure but looking forward to taking Baby C and I to a full show weekend.

Thanks to all of you that have sent baby gifts and pre-shower gifts and it is fun getting all the fun girlie things in that is for sure. Thanks to the ASG girls for sending me Baby package from Denver CO. Thanks to Joan and Don Plunkett (Bethany's mom and dad) for sending me our very own Miss Pickles doll and flower doll. WE LOVE IT!!!! Hopefully I didnt miss anyone but if I did...thank you thank you!!!!

We had our muralist here last week and we are moving forward with this safari themed room for Baby Girl C. She starts mid-Oct and will end first of Nov. Just in time to truly decorate the room and get it ready!!! I sent the website of the mural we are looking to duplicate a few blogs earlier. If you can find it and want to see it, let me know and I will send again. We are adding a greyish pink hippo and more monkeys and a garden field to bring in the girlie colors. Can't wait. Thanks Michelle and Joey for the referral. Emily is great!!!

We are still waiting to confirm the reschedule of the first shower hosted by Michelle, Lois and Bev...but should have that soon. I think we are leaning toward Nov 7th but we will see how that goes. We also have the 17th of Oct so stay tuned for those wanting to go to that shower. The other shower is on Oct 24th hosted by Sara and Tina and I cannot wait to see everyone. If you have not RSVP's please do or if you didnt get the EVITE let us know and we can add you on.

Baby C is doing great and growing like a week. I am still doing kick counts and getting the 10 per hour...but not really recording them but need too as the doctor will ask I am sure. Next visit is Oct 5th and looking forward to another good check up.
