Week 17/18

Good Morning and Happy July 1st!
I am in Traverse City Michigan this week and weekend visiting Chris at one of his airshows. If anyone has ever been here before, it is just like Tahoe but East Coast. The lakes and bays are amazing, the tree's green and all around and the town small and friendly. So far great trip with lots of exploring and we even got a day in of wine tasting...me just hanging with the tasters but oh so fun. The views from the wineries were amazing. *SEE PICTURE*

I am starting to really show and the weight is starting to pack on. I would guess, although there is no scale in the room that I am up 10+lbs since the 4th of May and probably weight around 144. I look it and feel it... at least. I am in maternity clothes and loving the pants with the bands. Not very sexy but boy are they easy to wear and so comfortable.

I am not feeling any "baby movement" yet but the books stay that I should start feeling little flutters or "bits" of movement. I lay in bed at night hoping to feel SOMETHING but nothing so far.
I am feeling a little off kilter lately with my balance. I wore heals the other day and fell as I was trying to pet a dog...not granted it was a rotweiller coming towards me as I was going towards him but normally I could catch myself and not fall. I lost my footing and down I went...actually quite hilarious at the time and Baby C and I are fine. Small scrape on my elbow but that seems to just be a funny reminder of the actual event. HA!

I met with my friend Dana for dinner the other night and she brought me some nuetral clothes that she had picked up from a BABY SWAP event...thank you DANA. I got a few emails from people saying they were going through their baby clothes for neutral colors to bring me...thanks ladies plus I got some great maternity clothes from MichelleP and wear them quite often...thanks Michelle.

My BIG ultrasound ( 19/20 week'er ) is on the 15th of July...can you all believe it is JULY ALREADY? Where is the summer going? I think Adriene might be taking off work to go with me although I am not sure if they will allow people in there with me besides the father or family so need to check (Thanks Adriene). I am anxious to see Baby C again and with so much more form....arms, legs, eyes, ears and more. I believe this Ultrasound shows all the organs like heart and liver and all as they walk me through it. They will give us the option to see whether it is a BOY OR GIRL although at this time we are still a NO GO on finding out......BUT we are considering finding out as it might be easier with planning the nursery and not have to wait until Baby C is born to start decorating in Blues or Pinks! LOL. Plus I am hoping they can square away how far along I am so we know what exact week I am in.

Well that is it. Not much more to report. Chris is in Traverse City Michigan this week as noted above and headed home to Pensacola on Sunday for their Beach Home Week/Weekend the following week/weekend. I am trying to fly out for the weekend to get one more Pensacola home show in before I cannot fly anymore. Michael is visiting with my mom in San Juan Capi as they watch my sisters house while they are gone. Austin is watching Oscar and the house while we are away (Thanks Austin) so everything is going well.
