Week 16/17

Hi Everyone.
Well today I am officially 16 or 17 weeks. Still waiting for the OBGYN's to agree on a due date and hoping that will happen on the 15th of July Ultrasound. Wish me luck.

Today I woke up to work trousers that would not fit..none of them..even with the belly band from Pea in the Pod. I was devastated. I am still at 5lbs over what I weighed on May 4th and can still wear my jeans and most tops but work clothes..nope..none of it fit. I went to a meeting with jeans and blouse and heels. I am sure they wondered what was up but noone said anything so once the meeting I was over, I did a bit of work and then headed to the mall to SHOP! AND BOY DID I SHOP. I think I made the sales clerks day with all I bought. I had to call Chris tonight and tell him and I SPENT some of our money tonight on maternity clothes.....LOL but now I at least feel comfortable and can be presentable at meetings. Whew!

I had my bi-weekly training tonight with spin and abs and legs and arms. I am sore tonight already. Found out another girl in my 5:30pm class is pregnant so that will help me not be so single out'd in what we can do and cant do in the class. Although we are not losing weight, the class is more mental for me these days..I feel great after so I will continue to go as long as I can. Wish me luck.

This past weekend I decided that this prego body needed some color so Adriene invited me over to her pool and after a few hours of chatting away in the sun, I was burnt. Poor belly and chest is burnt....Ouch!
I also went PBK shopping this weekend with LeeAnn ..actually hit an outlet in Lake Elsinore and although we didn't find anything there for the nursery, it made me think that maybe we won't do any theme for the baby's room but clean white until Baby C is born and then we can do up the theme according to a baby boy or baby girl. I still love the Dr Seuss theme and have some of the bedding for it BUT if we do have a girl, I am thinking we should be doing it up all sweet and lite and girlie...not Dr Seuess colors.....which have no purples or pinks or light greens. Anyway, still in the undecided mode on that one for now. UGH..I keep changing my mind. Sorry Chris.. I know I am probably driving you mad on the theme!!!!

Planning a mom and sis baby shopping day in July and can't wait. We will hit up some consignment stores and baby stores in Irvine and just hang. Should be a fun girls day and all about Baby C for sure.

Well not a lot to report sorry. Getting bigger and starting to show quite a bit. My trainer was amazing how much more she could see of my belly in just 5 days. I head to Traverse City Michigan on Sunday the 27th to hang with Chris for the week. He has a 4th of July weekend show there so should be a fun week ahead. This weekend Chris is in St Cloud MN. Fly high and safe honey!
**OH and Thanks to Austin for watching OSCAR while I am away. I can't tell you how much this will help me NOT STRESS while I am away. I hate leaving SD and leaving Osc behind during my travels but I know you will take great care of him! Thanks again!
