Week 15/16 update

No real big news but I woke up this morning really starting to show. Yikes.....maybe this is when you are suppose to show? I feel like a whale but on my home scale I am only up 5lbs from my first measurement at the doctors on May 4th. I am 140 lbs....I cannot tell you how long I have worked to get under 130 not over 140 but Baby C is well worth it.

I have friends in town visiting from Maryland: Caitlin and Chris. I returned home from Milwaukee with them here already and it has been fun catching up. Caitlin and I, with her Chris listening in, talked baby for quite some time last night. It was fun.

I am planning on meeting up with my mom soon to go to a few baby stores to look for a glider and/or crib and dressing table. I really want the look from Pottery Barn Kids Lankin design but not the expense so going to see what I can find locally with free delivery. We will see what we find.

I found a baby bag for Chris and ordered it today....ha.... he will laugh or kill me when he hears this but it was Army green and looks like a "guys" bag so when he has to take Baby C with him he wont have to take the black prada diaper bag. LOL That makes me laugh on that visual. Love you honey.

I have a cold from being in Milwaukee and although I have a cough and sore throat..the doctor said without a fever, I am not to worry much about it so I will keep on the Halls strawberry and creme losengers (Thanks honey for finding these for me) and get lots of sleep. Can't wait to get over this cold though.

Well that is it. Just a quick weekly update for now. Tomorrow I hit 15 weeks per my OBGYN and 16 weeks from my high risk OBGYN. Will be interesting to see who is right on the weeks as I progress along.

Oh and my neice Finley (Chris's sister Shannon and her husband Timmys daughter) turned one of the 11th, last Friday. We are proud Aunt and Uncles for sure. We were late in sending her gift off but we got something we think she will really like. We love you Princess Finley!!! Hugs and kisses.
